Terms of Service

These initial terms cover the Striva Carculator service. They are a professional-review placeholder for the initial release, not a statement of legal certification.

The service

Striva helps automotive salespeople calculate estimated payments, share public calculators, and receive voluntary customer inquiries. Estimates are not offers of credit, lender decisions, approvals, or guarantees. Taxes, fees, APR, lender requirements, and final payments may vary. You are responsible for checking assumptions and accurately representing estimates.

Accounts and subscriptions

Solo costs USD $29 per month on a recurring subscription through Stripe. Access starts after server-confirmed subscription activation. Manage payment methods and cancel in the billing portal. A scheduled cancellation retains access until the paid period ends. Failed payments receive a seven-day grace period from the recorded past-due date, after which paid features are locked if unresolved. No lifetime purchase is offered.

Responsible use

Keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate another salesperson, access another account’s data, submit unauthorized personal information, scrape customer data, or abuse the service. Only contact leads consistently with their consent and applicable obligations. Striva does not send automated marketing SMS.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available. Interruptions and errors can occur. Do not rely on estimates as a substitute for dealer or lender disclosures. Rights and obligations required by applicable law remain unaffected.
